• Inspect goods upon receipt, record unboxing video.
• Defective/non-conforming goods can be exchanged within contractual agreement.
• Nghi Tin does not accept returns for used or incorrectly specified items.

c) Warranty policy:

• Products are warranted for 06-12 months depending on item type
• Implemented according to manufacturer and supplier regulations

d) Service standards and procedures:

• Consultation, order confirmation, delivery according to agreed schedule.

e) Parties’ obligations:

• Seller delivers goods according to specified information and timeline.
• Buyer provides complete delivery information, makes timely payment.
