The SY-30B Cap Press Machine is the second generation in advanced bottle cap manufacturing technology, providing a breakthrough in production efficiency and product quality.
Caps produced by this machine have a smooth surface, no injection marks, stable dimensions, and high precision. Compared to injection molding machines with the same capacity, the SY-30B Cap Press Machine’s output is three times higher.

The machine generates no waste from the hot runner system, utilizing up to 98% of the raw material, while saving labor, installation space, and electricity consumption.

Notably, the SY-30B plastic cap press machine (mechanical version) has been granted a national patent and obtained European CE certification, confirming international-standard quality and safety.
