Recently, NGHI TIN TRADING SERVICE CO., LTD has recorded that some individuals have been spreading false and distorted information, seriously affecting our reputation and business operations.

Specifically, these actions include:

Creating social media accounts such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok to spread false information about the company.
  • According to Articles 16 and 18 of the Cybersecurity Law 2018, Clause 7 Article 102 of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP, and Article 331 of the Penal Code 2015 as amended and supplemented by the Penal Code Amendment Law 2017
  • Such acts must be strictly handled in accordance with VIETNAMESE LAW.
We have gathered sufficient evidence and are currently working with the police, legal advisors, and relevant platforms to strictly handle these violations, including impersonation, defamation, and actions that damage our company’s reputation.
